Minified version makes room for panel but does not slide it in #34

Although the dist/scotchPanels.js works fine on this, the accompanying minified dist/scotchPanels.min.js fails to translate the hidden panel into view when toggled.

I encountered the bug on version 1.0.0 and updated to 1.0.3, but it seems to be present in both.

Never mind, there was some custom CSS overriding the default behaviour. Strange that it only affected minified code though.
