what do you think about such vendor/script divsion?

Thank you for the pull request -- Interesting idea. I was also thinking about incorporating http://html5boilerplate.com maybe these two ideas fit together. Before applying this I would like to look into how they are handling this. Maybe there are some established standards that we can incorporate.
