Sass support missing, even though advertised on readme #47

Readme says this:

Coffeescript / Jade / Less / SASS / SCSS / Stylus automatically compiled on save

...even though .scss files are not automatically compiled, or brunch-sass plugin included in packages.json.

Either readme should be modified, or sass support enabled.
