web2py and image_map #50

I added the optional mapping parameter required by web2py. With this I can 
merge the latest version.

massimo: you don't need to ask permission ;-) 

if you can please just commit it 

also, we should increase the fpdf.py FPDF_VERSION to "1.7.2" to mark it when 
merged in web2py contribs, so it will be clear which version is used (there 
have been some other patches contributed too)
