Scoreboard page ui #9

For this issue we'll just worry about the scoreboard ui. We can reuse stuff from last year's repo if we want. Don't worry about getting the data for this ticket, since that can be its own task. At a glance, it looks like last year we showed each day separate with like tabs at the top maybe, and then for the day selected showed the scores and times for each user, for each of that day's challengesets? I'm happy with keeping this or changing it. The different days could be different pages or SPA-style one page showing varying data like last year.
