These should be configurable at an app level (and disabled by default), but at a high level:

Modifiable section keys for the following destinations
Character sidebar
Stats
Meters
Assets
Tracks
Notes Selector
Note text field
Moves (should focus search bar)
Oracles (should focus search bar)
In cases where there isn't a focusable item at specific landing location mentioned, we should check what the best practice for screen readers is as far as moving focus to these elements is concerned. We should also check and see if a screen reader announcement is warranted when the focus has been moved.
