Possibility of a smaller size? #84

I just saw LILYGO T-QT V1.1 which not just uses same-ish driving components (ESP32-S3 with GC9107 SPI display driver), but also has 0.85-inch 128×128 IPS LCD, which could make as a basis for smaller smart knob, one that fits where original cannot (as I have such case myself). I understand that this is not a round display, and if one at this scale cannot be found, I propose installing SK9822 LEDs in space to the sides of the display and cover them with white plastic diffuser ring, having to skip some corner pixels (or have them augment LEDs output), this way there can be even more space saved by skipping LED ring on the base. Aside from sorting that out, I am stumbled on the same problem the regular-sized knob, which is BLDC motor, and after a total of a week spent searching for some myself, my only hope is that we might as well build our own motors and this smaller knob seems much easier to test this on.

A printed / pcb motor without a ferrite core will also completely eliminate the cogging problem that plagues most other motors
