Updates Classic Controller and Sensor PCB project files for KiCad 5 (minimal functionality migration; symbols and footprints are mostly unchanged)
Updates CI to panelize and export gerbers using kikit
Removes legacy electronics CI action; all electronics artifacts are generated in a single github action
Removes old panelize and BOM-export scripts

Fixes #138
