Previously the "value" fields of a bunch of identical parts were unique, which resulted in separate line items on the BOM/placement files. This makes them all identical so they can be grouped, which cleans up the JLC ordering process and makes it easier to select alternative parts during ordering.
Also added alternative part numbers for the LEDs, 3.3v capacitor, and 74HC125 buffer since parts have been out of stock on JLC.
