"Wrong login" message appears under login page rather than at the top #14

To reproduce:

1. Click "login"
2. Enter random u/p

This shows the login page, with "Wrong login or non-existing user. Please try 
again!"

However this message is at the bottom of the page and easily missed, It should 
appear above the form.
