Image becomes sharp if canvas size is smal e.g 200px/200px #177

First of all thanks for this awesome plugin !!! I'm facing a problem when, uploading big image files on small canvas, it sharpens that image. Attaching one image illustrating what i mean..

Left one is previewed on 500x500px canvas & the other is on 200x200px illustration
