Fix dool doc build #36

SUMMARY

Checkout and trying to build led me to 

      make -C docs docs
      make[1]: Entering directory '/tmp/test/dool/docs'
      make[1]: *** No rule to make target 'dstat.1', needed by 'docs'.  Stop.
      make[1]: Leaving directory '/tmp/test/dool/docs'

I found #30 fixing part of it, but also that the makefile and the generated content in the git repo prevent the fix from fully resolving the situation.

Arr, only now I found #28 - closing mine in favor of the one that already exists
