Abbreviations need marked up #5

In Chapter 22, <span>etc.</span> should be <abbr>etc.</abbr>

In colophon.xhtml "P. G." should be enclosed by <abbr class="name"> tags, as should the "C." in "Scott C. Moore" and the "L." in "Suzanne L. Shell"
