making error.raw a string #10

For API parity and also to avoid subtle bugs where expected/output are placed on the following line instead of the same line as the key.

This will require a change in the latest tap-spec to something more like this: https://github.com/Jam3/tap-dev-tool/blob/baf9736010349ac9e030c5e79932a8481b7411e9/register.js#L27-L36
