Get Access Tier By IntentId Invalid UUID string: Check weather

  1. make build
  2. copy jar file
  3. make docker docker compose up -d

Get all access tiers is functional

http://localhost:8080/access-tiers/intent/8ad9a2d3-72eb-40e2-9b50-025f6502d127

returns Invalid UUID string: Check weather
