Run Dialog smart button does not show on Ribbon #39

I added Run Dialog smart buttons to the Contact and Account entity forms. When I navigate to the forms, I cannot get the Run Dialog smart button to show. I am using a trial instance of Dynamics 365 online, with the latest versions of the Ribbon Workbench and Smart Button solutions. I have been able to get the Run Report smart button to work.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Closing this as my demo instance of dynamics was defaulting to the unified forms. Run Dialog smart buttons are still working on the normal forms
