Hey, has anyone faced this error when loading a custom page via the smart button for Dialogs?
I used the following guide and it works perfectly in 3 different (!) demo environments where I tested it, but does not work on my original DEV environment .

As additional info, the app/custom page works fine if added to the model-driven app directly
