Where trying out the Dash framework which specificly target rapid development of data anlaysis web apps. Has a pretty good integration with Plotly. As a first step I would lik to sketch how it should look in order to get started.

[x] Select relevant years, months, days and/or weeks
[x] For each such specification, choose how you want to agreggate (mean, etc. ) if any
[x] Specify timeintervall between measurements
[x] Select station to be included in plot
[x] For each station select measurement to be shown
[x] Select type of chart? Edit: no
[x] show key statistics from specified periods
[x] Include possibilty to visualize key statistic in same graph
