GlowPad Torch #25

Hey Scott, when double tap to sleep is activated, the glowpad torch function doesn't work at the moment (because double tapping turns the screen off instead of activating the torch) Please use this method, so that instead of double tapping, long pressing activates the torch) --> https://github.com/LiquidSmooth/android_frameworks_base/commit/a20224aac5b4c4960e0c259a63a67b362575db1d

Hey scott also notice lockscreen target icon custom set fc's only can set system icons i have logcat if u need check your hangouts
