Barrrett to make app icons all sizes.

created. added 72x72 and 144x144 (@2x) to xcode prj. not sure how/which to activate for uni app. although the ones I used look cool in the app running on ipad

here they all are, named by size: icon29x29 icon50x50 icon57x57 icon58x58 icon72x72 icon100x100 icon144x144 icon114x114 icon512x512 icon1024x1024

The icons look great but I'm not seeing the app use them. I'll take a look.
