Thanks for this PR! However, I'm not making any changes to the code examples here yet, because it's important these examples match exactly what is in the book.

I'm going to leave this open for now. When I start working on revisions for the 2nd edition, I will revisit this change. Thanks!

Unclear why it would benefit the bar chart to have sub-arrays of 3 values each, and no explanation was given here.
