Hide Authorize Button #257

I have reviewed the docs and see where we can add a configuration to remove the "Try it out" feature, but is there a way to hide the authorize button?

Only way at the moment would be to us some custom CSS https://github.com/scottie1984/swagger-ui-express#custom-css-styles
