change publish checkbox to a date #3

so that it'll publish on a certain date recurring even, like on halloween, we'd need http://github.com/rowan-lewis/repeatingdatefield/tree/master for that, this might not be updated.

I didn't use the repeating date field, but I changed it to become viewable on a certain date using the DS.
