Add key-mon to Debian repositories

I think considering the fact that there are not really much alternatives to 
key-mon in the FLOSS world, it would be worth to include it in the software 
package repositories of major distributions.

Being a Debian user myself, of course I vote for Debian to start with :)

But seriously, I might consider volunteering as a Debian package maintainer for 
key-mon if that would help (although I do have to say that would be a premiere 
for me).
