Added the cutter tutorial notebook. Due to some issues/bugs I ran into, I was unable to add everything I intended to. I will update the notebook when issues have been fixed.

Note that code in this notebook may conflict with the refactored Cutter, but, since there are no conflicts, it is safe to merge. Changes can be added using this notebook as a starting point.
