Enhancement: Display actual recording time in video player (list view) #241

Describe the bug In 'List View', it would be very helpful to display the real recording time (and not the time offset relative to video segment start).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'List View'
  2. Click on a recorded video segment.
  3. The video player overlay shows the time offset (0:00 ... increasing). One is not able to reconstruct the actual recording time. Currently I'm always confused which video segment I clicked on and then there is no chance to know the exact time of an event.

Expected behavior Preferred solution: Show actual recoding time in 24h-format, e.g. '2022-10-23 13:56'.

Less preferred solution: Show time offset and video start time (segment name), so one can add up in the head.
