Set animation at runtime via arguments #234

Allows user to choose animation at runtime. E.g. python python/visualization.py spectrum will start in spectrum mode

As mentioned in the other PR I unfortunately do not have a ws2812 strip and esp to test this with so I can't merge until I am able which might be a bit longer as I need to wait for a strip and esp to get here from China.

Thanks for your contributions though and I will come back asap with feedback once I can test.
