ESP not connecting to WIFI #350

I edited the code properly, cross checked the SSID, PW. I am using a MI router, for the router gateway do I have to enter the router admin page IP? I modified it to the Admin page IP. Restarted the ESP couple of times and checked for devices on the Router admin page, it still doesn't show up the ESP. For checking the ESP I tried uploading another code to the ESP and then I was able to see the ESP module on the router page, how do I fix this? My visualisation graph is working fine, connections are good, still it won't connect

Ok so here's the catch, even after connecting to the router the ESP won't show in the router's list of connected devices. Just change the router gateway to default login ip of router and for the IP used one of the IP my router could assign. And edited the config.py file as well. Now I have my room lit like hell!!!
