Strandtest.py not working for raspberry pi 400 and led not lighting up. #378

Can someone please guide me how to fix this. I have a 300 led strip and an USB mic adapter attached. I have the right connections. I have all the python dependencies downloaded. However, when i run the main command sudo python3 visualization.py I receive the following error
