Remind every X hours #177

Hi.

I needed a reminder that is recurring every 5 hours. Tried "/remind me every X hours", no effect. Does it work this way? Or I should just add multiple times\reminders and make them "every day"?

@zvukoper repeat reminders are on the scale of days at a minimum, currently.

This feature was requested by @cpanato , and it seems likely a great change.
