Show closing balance at the bottom of the ledger

In the TFOOT, show the account's current closing balance.

In most cases, this will be the same as the balance of the final row; however it is still needed to account for:

• quickly checking closing balance when paged back to earlier transactions
• when filtering by unreconciled transactions and there are none
