Should the docs be pushed to the ghpages branch so they're available online?

Other issues:

inner (anonymous) objects (eg. Section object used in progress bar) needs to be declared as @class for the to show up in docs
would like to separate class definition (name, desc, properties) from constructor definition
@returns should render as a table?
typed arrays not rendering as links
JSON structures (eg. appConfig.json) can't be documented

After switching to ES2015 modules (and npm run docs), class members are no longer showing:
