Layer rendering issue #39

On occasions, when popping a view off the stack we get the controls of the popped layer transparently overlaying the next layer down.

Hard to describe; but sounds like some sort of race condition

Has not been seen since upgrading from iOS5 => iOS6. (and this might be wishful thinking, but I have feeling the problem only started after the upgrade from iOS4 => iOS5).

Will assume that this was a problem with iOS5 and close the issue. If it crops up again, the issue can be reopened.
