Doesn't show minimap overlay on scan clue #4

Attempting to click Minimap overlay (need Alt1) doesn't add the overlay to the game instance

Should be working in 2f4d893713cc7647ceac360bb67830e598619e0e + additional fix in 8b01c009469cb94032659eda3298c6250d080246. I have only test it on Linux though
