when i am still hovering on icon both mouseover and mouseout events are

Expected result:
mouseout eventshloud be trigger only when i am out of icon, not when i am
moving my cursorover icon
Actual result:
it trigger mouseover event when i enter icon ,but when i move cursor over icon
itself, series on mouseout and mouseover evenst are triggers
