Fixed major pagination bugs, added total counts #38

Added total task counts for all items and fixed a major bug with pagination that was resulting in only a portion of the assignments being synced.

Those who use, please test and let me know if you have issues! I fixed a MAJOR bug with pagination (as opposed to paginating responses, we were instead overwriting and taking only the last response). Thanks!
