Debugging the pulsar injector #200

The people in my lab, who are looking at pulsars, found that the code designed to create false pulsar signals was not working. We suspect that this may be a version issue. Included is a version of this code that fixed the issue we had.

Thanks a bunch for this! I don't really use this code at all, so your fixes are much appreciated. I'll take a close look and test it and hopefully merge it soon.
