#DATE and #TIME not working #14

Whatever I put first #DATE or #TIME all that displays is whatever is the first #xxxx not both as it did when I first built it I changed the scrolling text to say welcome and made a preset, Now I would like to get a preset for the date and time I have also tried #DATE and #TIME what is the proper format? Thanks, Grey
