TXT-file formatting not compatible with Windows 10? #310

Hi! Take a look at this image. win10 txt problem

The EXE doesn't work on Windows 10, so I tried downloading the Source, but I'm getting strange results. "requirements.txt can't be found" is the first issue, and even when editing the txt file to have the proper line breaks, it still gives me the same error.

I used notepad++ to edit the files. This worked under Windows
