Mupen64Plus - Example Configuration (Windows) #319

Currently Mupen64Plus does not have an example configuration set for anything other than Linux. I have tested this configuration in Windows and confirmed it works with the standard (non-gui) version of Mupen64Plus 2.5. The old Google Code page seems to have been shutdown too. The link needs to be updated to http://www.mupen64plus.org/

I failed at searching the issues database. As a result this is an almost exact duplicate of #309

The only difference between the two issues is I mention the need for a url update for the mupen64plus homepage. Feel free to close this duplicate issue as needed.
