Custom Grid Image Providers #385

In versions older than 1.0.0, there was an option to provide the grid image provider source in config.txt (Source=consolegrid.com/api/top_picture). I'm requesting this option be added back since there is now another grid image site out there that has implemented the Ice API to their database. http://raresites.us/steamgridDB/. The API link is this: "raresites.us/steamgridDB/ice_api".

I would like to have the option to use this site with Ice since they have a lot of custom grid images that people make for them as well as image collection sets.

Note: SteamGridDB has moved URLs and the new location of the api is: "steamgriddb.com/ice_api".
