No such file or directory shortcuts.vdf preventing launch #408

Hi! I've recently set up ice and i cant seem to get past one problem. Ice cant detect my shortcuts.vdf steam file (because its in a different folder then it specifies) Is there any way for me to be able to change the folder it looks in? Thanks.
