[Suggestion] Option to specify user ID or generate for all users found on the system #417

RomIce was working great for over a year, and now all of the sudden I went to update my games since I changed emulators, so I changed the configs, deleted the games from my Steam Library (realized I didn't need to later), then re-ran ICE, and the log shows the games are added to Steam, but they aren't showing up in my Library. I even searched for them and checked the Hidden Games list. Nothing.

Did Steam update and break something?

Edit: I'm changing this issue for suggesting an option to specify a User ID, which would eliminate the need for deleting userdata folders in my Steam install.. If I don't delete/move the folder, ICE just chooses what it wants to.

That or if you can make it generate the data for every user ID found on the system.

Found out it was due to a separate userdata folder being prioritized for Steam. It'd be nice to make it so you can specify the user ID. That, or if you can make it generate the data for every user ID found on the system.
