8 years ago well I seem to have fixed the issue, although quickly followed by another one, I can't seem to detect any emulators

I accidentally started an issue and closed it right after -.- sorry about that!
I have an issue where Ice closes on startup, I am using Retroarch for my emulators, I can't seem to locate the issue. Saw a topic where someone had the same issue and fixed it by changing a slight error in the txt files, apparently a # was missing, however I can't seem to find the problem in my txt files.
I don't know if this will help, but prior to this issue Ice could not find any of my emulators, and only downloaded grid images, once I switched to retroarch it closes by itself the moment I open it up
here is my txt. files
p.s it creates ROMs file at C:\Users\Firas\ROMs even though I have given it another directory.
