[Feature Request] Blacklist/Renaming List #438

Is there any chance we can get a config file along with the others that if Ice comes across and files matching those names (or even those exact file paths) then Ice will completely ignore those files.

Or could that file have an option to put next to the name/filepath that it's either blacklisted, or have it added to Steam under a different name. Something like this maybe?

Blacklist.txt

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Mabinogi\Mabinogi.exe | %Blacklist C:\Roms\Wii\PMNetplayV3.elf | Super Smash Bros. Project M

(In this Example, %Blacklist means Ice ignores the file. Otherwise that space is used to designate the alternative name for the file)

Not sure what you use would be but I want something that if the file.name didn't match in ConsoleGrid to ignore. This way it would only pull in roms that I wanted to include.
