Add linting #78

Seriously, even the whitespace isn't consistent.

Possibilities from a quick google search

Pyflakes - Parses but doesn't execute, seems pretty good. Pylint - This is the big name one I think. I recognize it from arcanist, so it is probably good.

I recommend Sublime Text 2 + SublimeLint.
