Live shared editing #223

Google Doc's now has live editing for shared documents using OT. I don't think 
they expose the API that would make it easy for you do, but improvements in 
shared document editing would be great (it seems at the moment, sometimes 
latex-lab makes a new unshared copy when editing shared documents).
