This is a heavily loaded pull request that contains other branches merged in because I want to make sure they handled the rename of led_matrix.py to init.py well.

Has the following features:

• Make html documentation of code by calling "make doc",
  • Needs epydoc and the current raspberrystem package installed on your local computer
  • Also added proper docstrings to led_matrix, button, speaker, and accel api's
  • Also rerouted a few files
  • rstem/accel/accel.c -> rstem/accel.c
  • rstem/led_matrix/led_matrix.py -> rstem/led_matrix/init.py
  • rstem/button/button.py -> rstem/button.py
  • deleted gpio api
• Game of life
• a simple game menu (needs to be updated with new games)
• Flappybird
• Ability to auto detect matrices and set up automatic "init_grid()" call as described in #9 (closes #9)

Please delete the following branches once pull request has been merged:

I've merged this, because I only had 2 minor comments with the Makefile, it otherwise looks great. Games look great and easy to read.
