SOLVED:
Deleted folder "pgoapi-1.1.6-py2.7.egg" from C:\Python27\Lib\site-packages and reinstalled requirements.txt again.
No idea what's wrong. Successfully installed everything required. Using PTC account. I was running the map with the old API for around 10+ accounts just fine, never got this error before.
Logged into game to accept ToS and spinned the first poké-stop too, so the account is not banned. Tried different accounts (google/ptc) too, getting the same error every time.
I really don't know what to do to fix it at this point, help please.
