Stream support? #49

The only thing holding me from trying swapping Mongoose with Camo is the lack of a stream interface for reading, is it planned?

I would definitely like to add stream support eventually. I'd say it could be added within the next 2-3 months. I just need to find some time to get to it.

If anyone else wants to take a stab at it I'd be happy to take a pull request :wink:
